Hello,

I am very interested in real estate investing. I wholesaled a deal over a year ago. I have been busy with a handyman subcontracting business I started so I  kind of drifted away from rei. I'm in need of making some quick money. It DOES NOT have to be thousands of dollars. Are there any creative real estate investment solutions? I was thinking joint venture with a deal already in motion? Or barter something for something an investor really needs. I'm a single parent. Although that doesn't stop me from many business things I do. It would have to be legal lol. I  live in a home. I know quite a bit about lpo, owner financing,  wholesaling, direct mail. Different forms of marketing. Im great with marketing and on phones I'm very professional. I'm a  people person. I'm optimistic. Please let me know. I'm also curious to see your answers and ideas.

Thank you,

Henrietta

Real estate isn't a highway to riches. It's more of a slow grind. The best way to visualize it is the snowball effect. You try and compound your returns every deal and eventually they get bigger and bigger. Most investors like real estate because it's far less riskier than stocks. You can get eaten alive in the markets by the market makers. That's the trade off, less risk for smaller returns. You can try and make larger returns by optimizing your marketing by finding out where the high profit  potential is.

examples:

  • Areas with lots of buyers
  • Buy it yourself and sell the asset turn key

Good luck out there =)
