Hello all my name is Alvin.

I'm 37 and do not currently own any property. It feels weird to say that considering my interest in real estate investing.

I currently work a senior web engineer at a start up in NYC and I'm looking to diversify my income.

My income has been great but my credit not so much. As such, I have spent the past year getting my credit together -- 100+ points boost in the last 2 months and currently in the "good" credit category, finally -- and feel that in a month or two, I'll be in an even better position to invest in real estate.

In fact, I am intrigued with the idea of purchasing a multi family property and creating passive income.

I found BP through a friend who showed me the podcast on youtube and have been hooked. Its all I watch these days when I'm not working.

So I joined.

I'm looking to network with like minded individuals.

I would definitely consider partnering with someone to close my first deal. 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing, right?

I look forward to that moment I am christened as a real estate investor vs someone earnestly watching from the sidelines.

Thanks.
