New member in Richmond
Hi folks. Wife and I have bought and flipped a few houses in Connecticut, but had to back off after the market crashed 8 yrs ago... so it's been a while, but we're looking to get back in the saddle. We've parked ourselves here in Richmond and would like to pick up a rehab project (within 25 minutes from Richmond). Prefer a buy and hold, but open to flipping too. I work for a very successful property management company in Richmond and Tidewater, so if anyone needs any help there, I'm available to talk! Looking forward to having some fun again.
