Hi Everyone,

I'm ready to jump into the real estate pool. I want to start buying and holding eventually begin to flip. I plan to begin this with my parents, so that they have money in retirement, also to begin building something for my soon to be family!

I'd appreciate any assistance and/ 9or advice that you have to offer!
