Hello all,

Just introducing myself here.  I'm new to the forum, but have been toying around with real estate investing for a long time and am ready to take the leap and build a portfolio that will allow my wife and I to gain enough of a passive income to allow us to quit our jobs and pursue our passions (who knows, maybe real estate will turn into one).  We are specifically interested in starting out by investing in multi unit buildings and maintaining a buy and hold strategy.  Preferably in the So Cal market, but open to other locals.

We just refinanced our small condo in Golden Hill and the rate we received was just awesome! I'd like to continue our personal finance improvements by having other real estate generate some cash flow.

I'd like to network with mentors, brokers, attorneys, CPAs in the San Diego area who have experience dealing with multi unit homes to help us jump start our new business.

It will be a pleasure meeting you all!

Eric
