Hello everyone! I just recently became aware of Biggerpockets and am glad I stumbled upon it. I found bigger pockets when I was looking for investing podcasts. I was (and still am) very interested in the stock market so I was looking for some investing podcasts to listen to and I stumbled upon the BP podcast. I'm very glad I did because I can never get enough of the podcasts. I started an account and this website and now I can't stop reading through the forums.

A little about me. I am just about to graduate from college with a degree in Accounting. I currently am living South Dakota but will be moving to the Denver area as soon as my girlfriend graduates in May. My plan is to get a job and start saving up to obtain my first investment. The types of investing that I seem to take a liking to are the buy and holds, house flipping, and wholesale. I still have a lot more research to do before I get more into it which Bigger Pockets seems to be an excellent source for that information. I also like the idea of "house hacking". It seems like a great way to get started and a great way to gain experience. I look forward to discussing REI with you all!
