Hello everyone! I am new to this website and plan on purchasing my first home this upcoming 2017. I decided that before I do, I want to gather as much information as possible as I do want to eventually partake in the business of buying/selling real estate, and that research led me to this website. I'm a young single male with no children and I reside in central California.
