Hello Bigger Pockets Community!

My name is Art Sierra and I am very new to the world of Real Estate investing. Being involved with investment properties is something I have always wanted to explore, but never knew how or where to start. I was advised to search for Bigger Pockets on YouTube, and soon after I found the B.P. podcast, since then I have been hooked. I've started from episode one and continue to work my way towards the current date. I've began to make my own notes of the topics discussed on the podcasts and I am very interested in learning much more by almost any means necessary. I am hungry to be successful in Real Estate investing, but since success requires a specific amount of education and learned experience, I am even hungrier to learn as much as I can get my hands on. You know how it is said that you need to crawl before you walk? Well, I am born and I am here and excited to learn to crawl! So I am hoping I can find like minded people to network with here on Bigger Pockets.
