College Senior Starting Out in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh BP Members,

As a new member to the BP Forums, I am interested in learning more about the Pittsburgh multi-family market. I am currently a 21 yr old senior civil engineering student who has accepted a full-time position in the commercial construction industry. Through multiple internships/jobs/RA/etc, I have been able to pay off all my student loans as of last week! My interest in RE investing started after attending a Chicago ULI event and listening to a presentation by Sam Zell. Right now, my focus is on acquiring a small multifamily property in the Pittsburgh area within one year of graduation (May 2017) and start house hacking. I have been a BP podcast listener over the past year which has inspired me to keep working hard. I am looking forward to meeting local investors and getting started very soon!

Best Regards,

Eric
