Hi, I am starting my search for my first property.  Really confused if I should buy a 460,000 property with 4 rentals 1250 each , bran new property in Texas ..

OR 4 or 5 singles in Detroit.   I have read a lot of pros a cons.   Still don't trust anyone to take the plunge but looking in both those area..    I believe they are both going to improve over time..   Need a good turnkey company for either..

 Any feedback appreciated.

@Dominick Natoli sitting down and really evaluating what your "end" is will help you mak this decision. Where do you want to be 10 years from now, then work backwards.

Then evaluate how each of the possibilities you presented fits into that 10 year plan.
