My name is Stanley Napeñas , i'm 20 years old.

I just got my diploma from HotelRestaurantManegement, more precisely to be a Receptionis.

After graduation I had a plan , to go to French, learn to speak French and work here. But as I pass 5 months here I discover that there is a better way to live my life, and that is from investing in Real Estate to get passive income.

In the future I will open my own Hotel to produce job
