Beginner Investor from Florida

Hi there! My name is Nush Sivothayan and I currently live near Orlando, FL. I just recently purchased my first investment property with a partner of mine in Miami, FL. It was a great, learning experience and I am looking to invest in more properties. I decided to begin creating my real estate network in Florida, specifically in Central and South Florida. I was told my others to join BP and have been listening to their podcasts for quite some time now.
