Hello guys.... I am have had a BP Pro account for a while because I used the excellent tools and read a lot of the resources, but I never posted an introduction or in any forums. I am Earl and my partner is @William King. We are somewhat new to investing. We were at the point where we felt like we needed to know everything before getting started. So we spent months and months and months researching, reading, and following local investors. In fact, William was the guy who paid a "REI guru" 25K in 2011 to teach him how flip properties. Throughout the years we have grown, learned, and matured as responsible investors. We started our own company and decided to branch off to make magic through real estate. Looking forward to networking and meeting other investors in the Southern California area and from around the nation. Any advice and comments are welcomed. Thanks and happy holidays.
