Hi, I'm a new investor in the Chico, Ca area. Recently purchased my first income property, a duplex near downtown. I'm currently looking to transition from my current business into investing full time with both buy and hold as well as rehabbing/ flipping. I have construction experience as well as a good financial base and am open to any and all suggestions and advice.
