Hello to Everyone,

My name is Joe, I live in PA. I have been in the rehab side of investment flips for a little over ten years now. I am now looking to get on the investment side. I hope to gain a wealth of knowledge from you all & I hope I can share my knowledge as well. It is a turning point in real estate and technology and if the two can make a pair it could set a whole new nitch in the community. I also would like to find investors that would mentor me, and help me build a successful portfolio for retirement. So if you are looking to join in a venture please let me know.
