Renewed Investor in Tampa Bay Area

I am a Realtor in the Tampa Bay area who is shifting my focus back to investing.  I am originally from Indianapolis, IN and left there in middle school to move to Atlanta.  I moved to Tampa from Atlanta in 2000. I inherited a home in Indiana in 2012 from my late father. I had it rehabbed and it has been rented since 2013. I was previously co-owner of a small construction co. (2004-2006) right before the housing market crashed. We built our own home and the 5 spec. homes we had going up never got finished.  Our co. also had a rental at that time. I would like to start off with 'fix and flips', so that they can start financing the 'buy and holds'. I am open-minded to various investing avenues and like to learn. I would also like to become a builder again, perhaps a developer too. I learned more from the mistakes than from the successes as a builder before. :) I am interested in being a part of the "money team" on deals. Initially, I would prefer to help fund good fix and flip projects, in the greater Tampa Bay area, as part of a private investor team and/or with hard money.  I also want to do business in Atlanta and Indiana.  I want to network with other investors and also find a good mentor.
