Hey to everyone out there that lives real estate investing!! We've been in this for a month now and are having the time of our lives. We have been through coaching classes and we have a mentor. We have put in some offers on sfh's and had two accepted. But, we backed out of both. One because of the neighborhood and one because there was more damage to the house than expected and we couldn't make any money on it. If anyone has advice or constructive criticism- we're all ears. We are persistent and positive about things to come our way and hope to help others. Thanks for the time!
