Hello, 

I'm new to the real estate market and am interested in investing in a property that generates positive cash flow via rental income. 

I'm looking at mulit-unit properties (3 to 5 plex units) in the Richardson, Allen, Plano area.

I'm quite excited to be here and to learn from others!
