Hello Everyone!

My name is Aaron and I am 24 years old. I live in a small town of roughly 13,000 people roughly 45 miles west of St. Louis.  I currently work for a property management company in St. Louis which is involved in a few different types of real estate investing.  I have been listening to the BP podcasts for a few months now and am really trying to start taking the steps toward purchasing my first property which I am very excited about!  I am currently setting my focus on multi family leasing because that is what I am most familiar with.  I am very happy to add this online resource to my tools as I continue to learn the business..Any thoughts/tips are welcome!
