Hello Everyone,

I am new to real estate investing and want to learn all that I can and hope to contribute what little I know to this group.  I have a little experience, such as buying my personal residence and a few lots.  I live in San Marcos TX and want to buy in this area.  My profession is a Quality Analysis (QA) engineer where I get to break software for a living.  I also have some experience doing basic how repairs and updates, as long as the job doesn't get too big.  I do a lot of my own work around the house.  I also do Ebay on the side and make extra money that way reselling what I find at garage sales.  I'm married with 3 kids and want to eventually get out of the rat race and spend more time at home.  Let me know if I can help in any way and I hope there are groups that meet around San Marcos.

Thank you

brady

    Hey @Brady Pasemann,

Lots of folks on here in your area including New Braunfels, Austin and San Antonio. There are all kinds of meetings all over central Texas to learn and meet more people in person. As you know, there is a ton of info here as well.

Good luck and if you need anything there are lots of folks to reach out to including myself.
