New Investor in Bay Area/Oakland/East Bay

Good morning:

Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

I recently moved out to the Bay Area/San Francisco and have enjoyed attending the local REIA groups the last few months. A lot of great folks out here!

I am actively looking for properties in Oakland and East Bay and look forward to connecting with anyone who would like to meet up for coffee/lunch.  Would enjoy connecting with a mentor in the area and providing any help I could in exchange.

Also happy to help anyone with (business advice) regarding some of the rent control laws as I have some familiarity with that area.

Thank you very much and look forward to connecting.

Ryan
