Hi! My name is Hannah, and I am new to real estate investing. I used to own an interior painting business and I've successfully sold a house without a realtor, so I have some experience in general real estate.  

I'm interested in long-term investment strategy and using rentals as an income source. I currently live in Southwest Minnesota, but my long term goal is to buy vacation rentals in the Rocky Mountains (where my heart lives). I'm eager to learn anything that I can!
