Longview, Texas Newbie

Hello all.  I am Lori Weatherby and I currently reside in Longview, Texas. I am completely new to RE and in the very early stages of learning. I am a registered nurse and work 28 - 40 hours a week.  I have read the beginners guide which was very helpful. My plan is to focus on buy and hold multi-family properties.  I want to take my time and make sound decisions. I have already learned so much from reading the forums.....getting ready to listen to the podcasts.  Thanks for all of the great information.
