Newbie from San Diego/NYC

Hey there. I am Timothy Rivers. I divide my time between San Diego California and New York City.  I have spent the last 12 years of my life helping developers and builders design amazing spaces, market,  and sell them. I know what works, what sells, and what functions. 

I am here to be a resource to those that are looking to develop their own projects. After designing of 1200 flips and new builds...I have decided it time to develop some of my own ideas.  

My goal in to develop custom spec homes for the next phase of my career..

It's funny..I have know what to do...just not where to start.
