Has anyone resolved to want to invest in real estate then LIFE HAPPENS which keeps us from it or distracts us just enough from what we want to makes us question is this fate telling us this is not what wasn't meant for us or just bad karma, keeping us just damn  busy with work, kids, marriage, friends and responsibilities ? is it just me or have anyone else run in to this?
