Newbie from Douglasville, GA (West of Atlanta)

Hey everyone,

My name is Kyle Jones. I'm a newbie to the site and real estate as well. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, but I've been in Georgia since 2003. I've been interested in real estate for a while but I had absolutely no clue which vehicles I wanted to take. Currently, I'm really interested in single family home rentals, multi-family rentals, and flipping (although I'm not totally informed about this process).

I'm here to learn and make new associates...hopefully some that turn into real friends. I have a full-time job as a training facilitator at a Google facility so I'll definitely do my best to respond when I'm not working. Looking forward to meeting you all in the future.
