New to real estate investing! Closing on home for long-term rental (targeting 6 to 12 month leases due to HOA restrictions). I'm here to learn the tricks to get this home rented as soon as possible in this Watever view Kissimmee FL area.  My goal is to hold the property to make extra income and will eventually live in the property since my father lives a few miles from my new property.
