Hey everyone!  I am brand new to real estate investing in the DFW area.  I've been researching/reading about investing for the last year and am ready to get started.  I'm looking to buy and hold investments in rental properties.  But, also open to other options.  I currently have a 1099 job and make my own hours.  I have quite a bit of free time and would be available to help out any investors in the DFW area.  I am highly ambitious and very much a self starter.  Thank You!
