Biggerpockets gets me. Rich dad poor dad changed my way of thought and their game cash flow solidified it.  A few BP podcasts later and what was still reminiscent of a dream I realize is reality for many.  

Greetings all.  I am 32 and an 8 year teacher looking for a way out of the rat race.  My uncle introduced me to cash flow years ago.  Since then I've worked on my loans and improved my credit.  I can proudly say I am under contract now to close on my first 4 plex this month!  Looking forward to good times.  I really appreciate BP and the community for being around.  Thank you!
