Hi BP Friends!

I've been lurking the BP threads for the past few months and finally coming out of my shell to connect with others :)

I've always had a passion for real estate. I was a real estate agent here in the downtown San Diego area from 2004-2006, but then decided that selling real estate wasn't my thing. I pursued blogging and writing, which I have been doing since then. However, I never stopped learning about real estate and discovered that investing in multi-family/commercial properties would give me the financial freedom that I crave.

It was only a couple months ago that I conquered some limiting beliefs about investing in San Diego:

- It would be very hard for me to do deals with no out-of-pocket capital.

- Prices are so high and finding a good deal would be few and far between.

- It would be hard to find like-minded partners/lenders to work with.

I'm learning to stay open to all the possibilities and I'm hoping to learn from other positive-minded people!
