Thankful my wife found BP and turned me on to it!

Working full time at a dead end job (just over broke), but finally in the position to buy our first property.   I've been listening to podcasts, and reading, trying to learn as much about investing in reality to get us towards our ultimate goal of financial freedom.

 We (my wife and I) are currently looking at small multi family properties, looking to go fha 3.5% down and house hacking for a year to build up rental/landlord history to be able to buy another in a year.
