Hey Guys, 

A.J. D'Asaro here, new investor in Chicago, stumbled in here just like I stumbled into real estate 2 years ago.

I moved to Logan Square in 2014 and decided to purchase a 3-unit over a condo. Best decision ever.

Now I'm looking to acquire properties along the Blue Line corridor, let me know if you have any tips or properties for sale.

Welcome AJ.  I have a 3 flat off of the blue line in Irving Park and am two weeks away from closing on my second multi-family.  It sounds like we're in similar positions.
