Hello all, 

My name is Jack and I currently reside in Sacramento, CA. Just a few months ago I thought real estate investing was out of reach, due to the misconception that a TON on money was needed to get started. After advice from a friend (who purchased a duplex recently) and research online, I am very interested in pursuing this. I have a goal of purchasing at least one unit (hopefully duplex, or more) in 2017 and have been watching the webinars and forums here for more knowledge. Although I reside on the west coast, I do plan on relocation within the next year and do not plan on investing on the west coast. I am interested in local meetings if there are any in this area. Looking forward to discussing with all of you in the future!
