Total newbie! Have been interested in real estate for years but have never pulled the trigger. Found BP through online research for flipping houses. I have no real estate experience, with that being said I know that the time and effort I place in my real estate goals will be very important for my success. Looking forward to a great new opportunity with the BP community!
