Hi BP Community,

My name is James and I'm originally from Vancouver, BC, Canada. I moved to the US in September 2015. I've been living in Charlotte, NC ever since, however, I am based in NYC. I just started listening to the BP podcast and am very interested in investing in real estate in the US. My friend and I want to get into flipping real estate and have friends that do it and found great success.

Just wanted to get my name out there and look forward to connecting with like minded members of this community!
