Looking into second buy and hold property. I have interest in multi family and have 30k to invest. I am a veteran and have one va loan rental in Yuma Arizona. I also lived and flipped one home in El Paso TX with modest return. Looking to make better return on investment on future properties. I am very familiar with "sweat equity" and hope to use my construction skills to help with returns.
