HI,

I am new to this site and real-estate investing.  I would like to start of with buying property (condo, townhome) and rent it out .  I have enough money saved up for 20% down payment on 100K home.  I am just wondering how easy or hard is it to find renters.  I can probably go with  out rental income for 3 months.  any suggestions what should I do for first time.

How does the loan work ? I already own town home for my primary residence.

Thanks

Dave
