I like the thrill that investing in real estate brings but most importantly I'm looking forward to the return that it will bring also. I currently have not seen a return to this point since I just got started investing. I have purchased multiple lots to build houses on and then resale. I'm currently around 90% finished with the first house and I also recently purchased my first rental house geared towards college students and hopefully it will start being rented in January.
