Investor in the SF Bay Area

Hello to my fellow investors,

My name is Cynthia Sandoval and I am a fellow investor in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I've listened to BP podcasts for a while now and always lurking on this site... :) Figured I should "formally" introduce myself.

I've invested in RE for 5 years now, mostly as a private money lender or a JV partner, but recently did my own fix/flip (in San Leandro, CA) and loved it!

To date my focus has been residential fix/flips in the Bay Area, but I'm not opposed to buying out of state and giving the "BRRR" method a try as well. I'd just prefer to do so with a partner that is more familiar with that particular area.

Looking forward to making more Investor friends and becoming more active in the BP community.

Cheers!

Cynthia
