Hey BP!

My name is Brian Cleary and I'm brand new to the BP Community. I've been hooked on the podcast ever since my friend made me listen to episode 176 while we drove to our REIA. I decided it's time to get involved on the forums!

I started investing in real estate in 2009 with a townhouse that I'm renting out.  I am currently a software engineer but have always been fascinated with everything real estate.  My ultimate goal is to use real estate as a vehicle to escape the rat race!
