After almost 20 years in real estate I am finally making progress in my investing career. I've flipped a handful of houses and did pretty well with all of them but giving Uncle Sam his portion has been a real downer.  Setting my sights to buying rental property, closing on a 4 plex in Dec and just bought a cheap single!I'm also an active member in the New Orleans Real Estate Investors Association.
