Hi All - I've been listening to BP podcasts but just joined here. My first property (purchased 2 years ago) is a 3k sq. foot single family house. Its owner occupied but im renting out 3 of the 5 rooms. Cash flow and free rent. Looking to network and find more rental properties. 

I also work in asset management and own a small LLC.
