New investors in the Nashville area

Hi my name is Eric Linerode my wife Anita and I are sales professionals in the Nashville area and have just established ALine Properties, LLC to begin investing in real estate.

We're interested in flips, wholesaling and rentals for now but will expand into other investment opportunities as we learn more about what we're doing.

We're very new at this and have much to learn. We'd like to grow our buyers list and be added to buyers lists to help get this thing kicked off.

Welcome, Eric. Let me know if you have any questions or need anyone to help you vet deals as you get started! You will learn a lot in the beginning, and some of those lessons will be unpleasant. Don't get discouraged and remember that you always pay for education, but it is worth it in the end.
