Have been an Associate Broker for the past few years.  Decide to branch off to investing as I have noted where the lucrative deals are.  As an agent one is very limited, and I lacked knowledge about funding.  I am really increasing my knowledge extremely about all aspects of investing and truly enjoying it.  Due to my previous experience as a realtor, I know a good deal when I see one.  My only challenge is to link up with private and hard money lenders.  Thanks Bigger Pockets with the help offered so far.
