Hello From North Texas!

Hello, I am considering making a career switch to real estate over the next year. I am well connected in my community, and really enjoy the idea of buying/selling homes, flipping, or purchasing rentals. I am 35 years old with a family, and have a stable job that pays decent and has good benefits, but want more flexibility, and more earning potential. Has anyone made a switch similar to me? What steps did you take? Where did you start? Any hesitations or things to watch out for? Which online services would you suggest for getting my real estate license?

Thanks!

Kent
