Hello everyone,

Not only am I a new member but I'm also new to the commercial real estate market.  I've been looking to change things in my life and this is a big draw for me.  I've read a bit and am considering taking a mentor program with Peter Harris from California.  I do have three bachelor degrees (Economics, Finance, and International Management) as well as my MBA but I'm tired of the corporate life and have only been in it for 9 months.  My corporate job is that of an analyst.  I basically take data, turn it into information, then describe what that information says.  It was fun at first, but since I get nothing from it the job is now boring.

Ultimately I want to have the financial freedom to do what I want, when I want.  I also want to be able to help take care of my family and donate more to the local arts as well as charity groups I like.  Interested more in larger apartment complexes and holding them for cash flow purposes, but I'm also not against buying then selling in a few years.  I look forward to being an active member on here!

Cheers,

Scott
