Hey All,

My name is Jack Carr and I have finally come to the forum after months of listening to the podcast. I am in the Facilities and Maintenance management field in beautiful Napa (94559) California. I run the maintenance programs for a few wineries and vineyards here in Napa. I realized a while back that running a property is much like running a maintenance program.

I bought my first deal in June of 2016 and have been enjoying passive income and the real estate field. I was lucky in that I had just started listening to the podcast a few months before and was fresh on enthusiasm. I ended up seeing a for sale by owner sign and sold him on me when he had better offers.

The deal was a duplex right on the Silverado trail and next to downtown in the direction of expansion. I remodeled a portion of the property and now have it fully rented and a positive cash flow with great cash on cash return.

I am very excited to get started and would love to talk to others in the area who are interested in Norcal/Reno investing.

My goal is to scale into a 15-25 Unit apartment complex in the surrounding areas within the next 3 years.
