Hello All,

I've recently received my real estate license, again, in the state of Utah. I've had it in the past as well, from 2006 to 2011. During my previous licensure I focused solely on short sales and short sale negotiations and was in the top 15% of agents in the country at that time for short sales.

I'm looking forward to how I might add value to this community.
