Hello, 

I am a newbie real estate investor living in the San Francisco Bay Area (Berkeley, CA). I currently work in the tech startup industry. I currently have a single family home in Durham, NC as my rental property. Very interested in multi-family units with good cashflow prospects either here in the bay area or in the South East (Atlanta). 

Hope to learn from all of your knowledge and also contribute with whatever little I know.
