My wife, Nicole and I, Hans Stol, have done real estate full time.  We've done flips and rental propeties...and failed!  We have cleaned up our mess and will have our house paid off in 2 years.  At that time we want to get back into the real estate investing market.  Flips and multi-family are what interest us the most.  Nicole likes the idea of single family rental properties but I'm not sure about it (but open to it).

Our biggest need is a good mentor to slap us when we are about to do something stupid.  That is something we did not have previously.

Over the next two years we want to learn and put ourselves in the best position for investing.
